The Palm View Branch Library invites the public to join us for a Choco-Mardi Valentine's Fest, where we will mix-up two of our favorite festivities, Mardi-Gras and Valentine's Day. Come create your own Mardi-Gras mask, play some games, and toast to the festivities. This program and all materials are free.
