Computers
MPL welcomes the opportunity to meet your computing needs by providing clusters of internet-enabled computers at all library locations. In order to use a computer we ask patrons to adhere to the following guidelines:
- Get a computer session ticket at the loan desk of your preferred library location. First come, first served.
- Appointments are for 15, 30 or 60 minute sessions, nonrenewable.
- If, during your appointment, you vacate your computer for 10 minutes or more, then your appointment is forfeited and staff may assign your computer to someone else.
- Print outs are retrieved at the loan desk, $0.10/page for black and white, $0.50/page for color.
- All computers automatically shut down 10 minutes before closing.
- The library does not sell floppy disks or USB thumb drives, so please come equipped with your own to save your work.
- Computer use is within the bounds of applicable laws and the Library’s Internet Acceptable Use Policy.
