Terms/ Conditions for Study Room Use:

• Study rooms at the Main Library may be reserved 24 hours in advance. 
  
• Study rooms at the Lark and Palm View Branch may be reserved 2 weeks in advance.
• You may reserve a maximum of 4 hours per day.
• Main Library has 14 Study Rooms, which can accommodate up to 4 or 8 people.
• Lark and Palm View Branch each have 2 Study Rooms that accommodate either 8 or 12 people.
• Covered beverages are permitted in the Study Rooms. Food of any kind is not permitted. 
• Lights must be on at all times in the Study Rooms.
• Latecomers beyond 15 minutes will forfeit their reservation.
• Breaks of up to 15 minutes are permitted. Please inform staff if you are taking a break from the Study Room.
  
  

Video Conferencing Booth

A confidential location at the Main Library to access real-time video conferencing services; offering a computer with a high-speed internet connection and a webcam to aid in users’ virtual or video appointments.

Terms/ Conditions for Video Conferencing Booth Use:

• Video Conferencing Booth is only available at the Main Library and may be reserved 24 hours in advance. 
  
• You may reserve a maximum of 4 hours per day.
• This is NOT a Study Room and can accommodate only 1 person.
• Food or beverages of any kind are not permitted. 
• Latecomers beyond 15 minutes will forfeit their reservation.
